Vintage 1984 "Star Wars Is Forever" Poster Order Form Display Card Sign ROTJ lot #2. Original retail order forms display card with unused stack of 100 (I believe) unused Order forms.

Has some wear from decades in storage like corner bends, tear to the part over the Jedi logo, tape around the left edge of the forms, a few water stains etc. See all photos for exact condition. Size is 14 wide x 6.5 total height which includes from the top yellow boarder down to the bottom of the purple boarder around the poster picture. Messages with offers are not considered.
